the room was quite large and clean. it was a lovely size. the bathroom was super clean and had a tub shower combo that i liked. i also found the bed pillows comfy.
the hotel common areas seemed a little tired. my underground room had marks on the wall. i also noticed a chipped toilet seat. it was a bit outdated overall.

I appreciated the big size of my room. It had a nice view. The location was very convenient for walking to the main attractions and also the tram. I enjoyed the authentic Scottish feel of this place. It.
I found the dinner could be better . It was a bit disappointing compared to other aspects.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful! They accommodated my early check-in request and provided useful information. The bar staff was also inviting, with a cute atmosphere for evening relaxation. I found the lounge so cozy.

The building impressed me, especially given its rich history. It reminded me of a museum due to the presence of military uniforms and historical documents. The hotel's architecture gave a glimpse into Scottish heritage, it was quite an experience. All staff are really friendly!

the staff was always ready to assist me with a smile. the atmosphere was excellent. i enjoyed the spacious room and its comfortable environment. i found the location very convenient for accessing various parts of the area (it made getting around easy!).
the room key had to be given in every time i left, made me feel monitored.
